Spiral Dynamics 101 with Rev. Stephanie Seigh

$45.00

You are invited to join Rev. Stephanie Seigh for an introduction to Spiral Dynamics. In a nutshell…

Spiral Dynamics is a model of the evolutionary development of individuals, organizations, and societies. It was initially developed by Don Edward Beck and Christopher Cowan based on the emergent cyclical theory of Clare W. Graves.

“Spiral Dynamics posits that the evolution of human consciousness can best be represented in this way: by a dynamic, upward spiraling structure that charts our evolving thinking systems as they arc higher and higher through levels of increasing complexity.”

– Jessica Roemischer, from “What Is Enlightenment?”

In other words, the Spiral Dynamics model helps us to make sense of where we’ve been, and where we’re going, as a species, and within our culture and organizations.

An understanding of this model supports us in appreciating the diversity of thought, skills, and strengths within ourselves and our community, and is a critical component in creating healthy, thriving, Beloved Communities.

Everyone is welcome!
